For those leaders and heads of civil and government organizations who either plan or already work with foreign volunteers the seminar is going to be arranged on 2nd December in Donetsk.
Volunteering work in European countries and the USA is the base of self regulation system in society and an inseparable part of culture.
Many young people take part in volunteering projects not only in their own countries, but abroad as well with a great pleasure. These projects let them gain experience, meet other people and get to know other culture. Also, they are pleased to help other people.
So, the main aim of this meeting is to attract civil organizations attention to unused, but important resource which will help to develop organization, fulfill new projects, and involve more volunteers. Participants of the seminar will be informed about international projects where you can invite volunteers from Europe and the USA and have an opportunity to ask experts how to coordinate work of foreign volunteers.
The coordinator of the project “Community Development” Marat Kurchevskiy, Peace Corps USA in Ukraine, leaders of civil organizations, volunteers of European Union projects are invited to take part in the event.
The seminar is organized by Donetsk Volunteer Agency within the bounds of the project “Creation of coordination centre for international volunteers in Donetsk” with the support of the German fund “Memory, Responsibility and Future “
