On the 24th of October in Donetsk there was conducted a training “Presentation in CV and ML format”. Young people from Gorlivka, Poltava and Donetsk learned about one of the subactions of the Program “Youth in Action” – EVS. European Volunteer Service helps young people to develop their sense of solidarity by participating, either individually or in group, in non-profit, unpaid voluntary activities abroad.
The participants found answers to their questions – How to apply to the EVS project? What to start with writing CV and Motivation Letter? What kind of information is necessary to add in a resume, how to stand out against a background of other candidates?
The result of the training is written CVs and Motivation letters of the participants. Their home task is to tape the information in the computer and translate it into English.
Since there were more applications than the format of the training could allow, the organizers have planned to conduct one more event next month.
The training was organized thanks to the support of the German Fund “Memory, Responsibility and Future”.
